- Upon arrival simply freeze. Before use, do not thaw.
- Each product varies slightly in preparation.

Olive and Feta Filo
INGREDIENTS: Filling: onions, feta cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk (may also contain some pasteurized cow’s milk), water, salt, rennet, and culture), black olives (ripe black olives, salt and ferrous gluconate added to stabilize), kalamata olives (kalamata olives, water, salt, vinegar, olive oil), butter (pasteurized cream, salt), dill, sugar, oregano, pepper. Filo Dough: (unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour [malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme], filtered water, wheat starch, arrowroot, expeller pressed safflower/soy/sunflower oil, salt, soy lecithin, tri-calcium phosphate). Egg wash (egg, water).
