Duck a l'orange Filo Bundle: Filling: duck confit (braised duck meat, veal stock (water, veal bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, olive oil, peppercorns, bay leaves), salt, garlic, thyme, sage), scallion, orange marmalade (oranges, sugar), soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), molasses (unsulphured molassess), raisins, orange juice (water, orange juice concentrate), ginger, orange zest (orange peel, sugar), salt, black pepper. Poached Pear & Brie Filo Bundle: Filo Dough (unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), water, corn starch with tricalcium phosphate, soybean oil, salt, soy lecithin, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and/or propionic acid). Filling: Brie cheese (cultured pasteurized whole milk and cream, penicillium candidum[harmless white mold] enzymes), pear, white zinfandel wine, sugar, almonds, cornstarch, lemon zest (lemon peel, sugar).
