Artichoke & Spinach Filo Tartlet
INGREDIENTS: Filling: spinach, artichoke hearts (water, salt and citric acid), mozzarella cheese (cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt), mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, natural flavors, calcium disodium EDTA (used to protect quality)), Romano cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk, cheese whey, salt, enzymes [rennet]), red pepper, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulphite (as preservatives), lemon oil), salt, black pepper. Filo Cup: unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), water, corn starch with tricalcium phosphate, soybean oil, salt, soy lecithin, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and/or propionic acid.
